Reheating using microwave makes the cookies softer while reheating using oven preserves the slight crunch in the cookies.

No, our sourdough cookies are not gluten free.

Generally, we would advise eating the cookie within 2 days of receipt of the cookies. You can leave the cookies two days in room temperature, 2 week in the fridge or 2 months in the freezer.

Yes, we are able to curate customized cookie flavours for events. We also cater to corporate gifting and events (e.g., weddings, birthdays).

Because our cookies contain sourdough, our dough needs to “sit” for around 2 days before we bake them to perfection. Orders should be placed by Wednesday nights for deliveries within the same week.

Once you place an order (see detailed description below), we will reach out via the preferred mode of communication (either Whatsapp or email) to confirm pricing and order. We will issue an invoice detailing the flavour selection, delivery rates and payment instructions. Once the buyer confirms the order and makes payment, we arrange for the cookies to be delivered on the selected date.

Payment should be made 2 days before the delivery date. Payment can be made via online bank transfer or DuitNow. The payment details will be included in our invoice.

We only deliver on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. If you would like us to accommodate a different date, advance notice of 2 weeks should be given.

We generally use Grab 4-Hour delivery services and obtain rates based on the delivery address. Our delivery dispatch locations are from Old Klang Road or Sentul and we will choose the delivery rates that are lowest. We will also confirm the total charges before confirming an order.

Yes, you can pick up your cookies from our baking studio in Old Klang Road during designated times.

Unfortunately, our delivery is confined to Klang Valley and we are unable to deliver outside Klang Valley areas.
